Thinking outside the box with this breakfast of champions! A cheesy crust, eggs and and weaved bacon topping? Let's eat!
Bacon and eggs can get to be a boring meal. And honestly dirtying up the pan every morning is unappealing. Try this recipe from Maria Emmerich

Ingredients
1 cup of shredded cheddar, divided
8 eggs
3 teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon salt
6 slices of bacon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit. 1/2 cup of cheese goes into a 9 inch pie plate. Place in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Meanwhile in a large bowl whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese with the eggs, chives and salt. Pour over top of cheese crust and weave bacon slices over top of the mixture. Place back in oven and let cook for 30 minutes.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days, Serves 4
