Another quick and easy recipe heading your way! It is Keto friendly, extremely delicious and all you need is a crockpot!
Chris loves Asian Cuisine, I can eat some of it, but overall it is not my favorite. I have also heard it is one of the trickiest to nail down the flavors and so if we crave Asian food… we order takeout. But when we started out Keto journey we had to eliminate takeout entirely, leaving Chris a little sad!
When I found this recipe in my Instant Pot Keto Cook Book I was excited to give it a try. The best part is you don’t need an Instant Pot there are options for slow cooking if that is more your style. You can find the book HERE.
I loved it, Chris loved it and I knew I needed to share because I love giving you guys minimal work recipes.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 red bell pepper
1 bunch of green onions (extra for garnish)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 c soy sauce alternative
1/4 c chicken broth
2 eggs
black sesame seeds
salt to taste
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients except eggs, salt and black sesame seeds into a 6 quart crockpot.
Close the lid. Cook on High for 2 hours or Low for 4 hours.
Push aside as much of the mixture as you can and add the eggs. Cook on High for another 2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and top with extra green onions, black sesame seeds and salt to taste.

Such a simple and tasty dinner! Let me know if you gave this a try and tell me how you and your family liked it? Also feel free to comment with any recipe requests: instant pots, oven dinners, Tex Mex, Italian, etc... I would love to help you plan your next dinner!
