No money required just a little bit of extra effort and a trip to your closet! I have compiled a list of this years trends for the Summer, but you can use the internet to find more inspiration. I am sharing pieces and trends that make me feel comfortable and that I think are easier finds for most closets.

Without further ado....

Hot Pink

I actually do not own ANY hot pink... so I just found something close! A lot of trends this Summer are colors! Lime green was another. Maybe this is an area you could buy that colored accessory or if you really want to, go out and buy a hot pink dress.

White Tanks (Bonus with Logo)

Another easy one, who doesn't have a white tank lying around??? I opted for more of a cream colored tank but again I am choosing comfort over 100% accuracy!

Pleated Skirts

Both of my pleated skirts are polka-dotted but I love them! They are longer and have pockets, which is a huge BONUS.

Bulky Bags

Tote bags are great for trips to the beach as well as pairing with a Summer outfit this year. Big bulky bags are in this Summer, so get in your closet and find the biggest bag you can. Feel free to make this a group event and have your friends shop in your closet and you in theirs.

Empire Waist Dresses

Regency-core is a trend, thanks to the popular shows set in the Regency Era... looking at you Bridgerton... Empire waist dresses are so flattering and light and flowy, perfect for Summer in my opinion.

Floral Patterns

If empire waist isn't it for you, maybe try a fun floral pattern. Floral is always in and can add excitement to any outfit. Floral can be found on pants, dresses, tops and rompers.
